Poor man's star nursery

Now everyone can own their own model of star formation.  Made from foam packing chips and fresnel lenses.

Hei Kurt. I could swear I came and said hello to you here on yours a week or two back, but I'll be buggered if I can find where, and thus I don't know if you've said hello back or if you've deleted me in disgust for the infrequency of my visits. Your word verifications are also stupidly difficult - they are contorted and twisted and totally odd (you'd love them - I'm sorely tempted to take some photos of them and link them to you somehow).

Anyway - I'm back to say hello, and this time I'm using the email follow-up comments thing. It's been ages, Kurt, I told you that in my previous lost comment, in case you hadn't noticed, but I'm loving the fact your blog is still itself. Incidentally, my cousin is currently in New York, until July. She says it's already really hot there...

Good to hear from you, Anna. No, I didn't see a recent comment; Blogger commenting seems more iffy than it used to be. (In fact it's screwing up right now...)

We have had a few nearly hot days already. Hope you are doing well, and Spring is showing itself there.
